I am a microbiologist with a PhD from DTU and MIT. Since completing my PhD, I am working towards co-creating a better food system with the help of microorganisms. I also co-founded a company called MATR Foods producing a sustainable and delicious plant-based meat alterntaive from fungal fermentation
