Despite the impressive growth of Israel's hi-tech sector over the past two decades, a notable gender imbalance persists. We observe fewer women involved in hi-tech overall, particularly in C-levels and technological roles, despite compelling research highlighting the positive impact of female leadership.
Our mission is to reshape this narrative.
Join us in fostering diversity and excellence in foodtech leadership. Together, let's bridge the gender gap and empower women to thrive in key roles, contributing to both individual success and industry-wide progress.
