Leading Women in AgFoodTech -Annual Recognition 2026
Each year, the Modern Agriculture Foundation (MAF) brings together the AgFoodtech community to honor women whose leadership, professional excellence, and commitment are shaping the future of the AgFoodtech sector.
Now in its fourth year, the Leading Women in AgFoodtech initiative has become a meaningful platform for highlighting women from Israel, and around the world who play a key role in advancing AgFoodtech across technology, business, research, investment, regulation, and ecosystem development.

About the Initiative
The Leading Women in Foodtech recognition highlights outstanding women for the unique combination of leadership, contribution, and professional impact they bring to the AgFoodtech ecosystem.
The recognition is awarded without predefined categories, allowing space to acknowledge diverse paths, roles, and forms of leadership.
Women may be recognized for technological innovation, commercial execution, ecosystem building, global activity, strategic leadership, mentorship, or other meaningful professional contributions to the field.
Nominations are open both to women representing organizations and to women whose impact extends beyond a single company.

The Leading Women in Foodtech ceremony will take place as part of MAF’s annual event in April 2026.
